Las Vegas, Nevada Real Estate
Truly, this is the city that never sleeps. Vegas has evolved over the years from the one time gambling city to a multi-entertainment Center for children and adults. From the Lion King to Elvis the KING, Vegas has something for everyone. Many of the newer Casinos/Resorts have their own stages that attract top head-liners. Some of these casinos have exclusive engagements that only Vegas can draw.
For a city that is used to gambling big, the new City Center was one of their biggest gambles. With a price tag of over 6 billion dollars, this new venture tested everyone’s moxie. But the excitement in the air is palatable with the new CityCenter coming on line. Aria is the newest Casino Resort with every new amenity that one can imagine. With a world class spa and high rollers intimate gambling areas, this resort will attract people from all over the world.
The crystal clear mornings looking out in the distance to the mountains invigorates one to go out and explore the city on foot. Like a mirage in the desert, the distance between hotels seems close, but after one day of walking, I can attest that the distances between each hotel can be deceiving. The city has gone to great expense and effort to link the hotels and casinos with a series of trams that are quite efficient and affordable. I highly recommend the trams as an efficient way to see the strip from one end to the other.
Real Estate in the city has experienced its boom and busts over the years. Now is a great time to buy a condo or home at a very reasonable price. Foreclosures are easily snapped up, especially HUD homes. Coast to Coast Relo has a specialist in the area that can match you with your perfect home. Just call 702-371-8973 and ask for Chuck Wicks.
